Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes I do but only within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
How often do you ship items out?
Typically once a week, on a Thursday. 3-5 days is average for order processing times.
Do you ship internationally?
Import fees are possible for most countries and not included in the checkout price, please factor this in when importing from other countries.
My order says it’s delivered, but I don’t see it.
We're sorry your package can't be located. Unfortunately, anything can happen in the shipping process once the package leaves my hands, but I will do my best to fix what is in my control. Sinéad D is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. Most of these packages are found at a later date, it is VERY rare a package goes fully missing.
I input the wrong shipping address. Can I cancel my order?
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Sinéad D is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
